Okay, so you may be wondering why there's a picture of a floating potato this week on the blog. Let me explain - I made this delicious recipe tonight for potato crusted orange roughy. The only problem is that there's no picture to accompany the recipe. So I could either not post the recipe -which would be a shame because it's so good!- or find a substitute picture. I debated posting an actual picture of an orange roughy, but then you probably wouldn't want to eat it. Thus, the potato.
Note: I have to give a shout out to my two sisters right now, who I know are laughing hysterically at my warped sense of logic.
If you do make this, my only recommendation is to bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and then broil for 10 minutes. I also added a little butter to the potatoes for flavor. Enjoy!
