We've been talking about making a change for quite some time. We both love Chicago but were really longing to try something new. As luck would have it, this opportunity literally fell into our laps. Are we being a little crazy? Possibly. But I think we knew it was right when the fear of letting this opportunity pass us by started to scare us more than the idea of actually jumping off the ledge.
The past month has been a whirlwind to say the least. Between trying to sell the condo, quitting my job, trying to schedule the move and missing my husband, it's been a bit of a roller coaster. But the end is in sight as we plan to officially pack up and head out at the end of August. In the meantime, we're dreaming of sunshine days ahead and being reunited on the West Coast!!!
