Moving day memories

I think one of the best things about moving is rediscovering just how much random crap you have in your house. Now Dan and I are by no means hoarders and are definitely anti-chotchki. That being said, some of the things we uncovered while excavating closets, dresser drawers and storage units are downright hilarious.

Take, for example, Dan's navy blue Structure windbreaker, circa 1992. Why this still lives at our house no one knows.
For all you former sorority girls, remember the beloved "bra strap headband?" Seriously, this is a bra strap that you wear on your head, but I recall it being all the rage my junior year at IU.
How about my frightening collection of stain removers? It's an obsession, truly.
Then there are the fun things you uncover, like these wine glasses from our first wedding anniversary trip to Door County, WI. The wine, as I recall, was absolutely disgusting, but the memories are good ones.
And then there are things best left hidden...no explanation necessary on this one.
Packing has definitely been a bittersweet experience, but we're getting really excited for our big move in T-6 days and counting!
