Happy Birthday to my dear husband! Dan had his big 3-6 birthday last weekend, which was definitely a reason to celebrate. Sue Sue and Bubba came to town for the occasion which made things that much more fun. We drank some beer, ate a little carrot cake and spent a lot of time sitting around talking and catching up. At this age, that's pretty much all we want to do so we can make our 10pm bedtime!
Once you have kids you no longer get to blow out the candles on your birthday cake. But that's okay because by this point most of our wishes have already come true :)
