The great thing about where we live is that you can literally just drive down the road and see something beautiful. This weekend, we decided to check out Lake Hodges, which is a lake and nature preserve surrounded by tons of hiking and biking trails.
The best part is the suspension bridge over the water, which the kids ran
up and down, uppp and dowwwn, uppppppp and dowwwwwwn...until they passed out. Think this may be a new favorite destination right before nap time!
