Last weekend we threw our first official "big kid" birthday party for Mac. The theme - per his request - was "spooky." I have to admit having a birthday during Halloween definitely makes it a lot easier on Mommy to decorate! And it was fun to see all the kids in their costumes - a special pre-Halloween treat!

Mac and all his buddies had fun playing outside on what turned out to be an absolutely glorious fall day. Mommy and Daddy surprised Mac with a jumpy-thing for his party, which I would highly recommend. All the kids jumped around all afternoon and the parents got to hang out and catch up without being interrupted!

Later, we retreated to the house for yet another round of presents and cake. So many treats, so little time! All in all another wonderful birthday celebration for our sweet little guy!
