Hi everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about what to do with the blog since it feels pretty empty to write it when a huge part of our family is missing from the stories. Never fear - Summa Stories will make a return just as soon as Dan comes home. Until then, I'm starting a second blog that is focused more on the deployment and our day-to-day life while Dan is away. It's called The Deployment Diaries and you can check it out at ourdeploymentdiaries.blogspot.com. Since the plan is for that blog to be a bit more public I'm going to officially "lock" Summa Stories for the time being as I don't want a bunch of people stumbling onto our intimate family details. I won't lock it for a few more days so hopefully all our faithful readers will get this note. In the meantime, please check out our new "adventures" at our new address!
