I got a call last week for a great opportunity to go back to Chicago for two weeks and pick up a consulting project. Great news, except that this all happened within a 24-hour period, we were supposed to host Easter and the kids were about to go on Spring Break. Fast forward to a very chaotic but fun two weeks where I flew to Chicago, flew home, celebrated Easter, put the kids on a plane and flew back to Chicago, came back to San Diego and then ran a 24-mile race with my girlfriends. We took a few Easter pictures but since we were dying eggs at 8:00 at night and packing we don't have a ton to show. Good news is the kids still got to eat their beloved peeps for breakfast so all is good (yuck!!!)
