View of the fires last night from our driveway
Another scare last night with the fires. What originally was one fire turned into eight separate fires. The heat and the winds were horrible again, which definitely didn't help the situation. We actually packed a bag last night and put it in the car just in case. We couldn't quite see the flames but we could definitely smell the smoke. Things seem to be a bit better today but this is just the start of fire season. Please keep all the firefighters and first responders in your prayers. Scary times in San Diego!
